FEW Spirits and Sushi-san have collaborated to bring you a truly unique dram. Fermented and distilled from a mash of 100% rice, it is aged in charred new oak barrels, and meets the stringent standards of the 1897 bottled-in-bond act. Expect subtle aromas of fruit jam and cream, vanilla and lightly toasted rice cakes. on the palate, sweet maple, cereal grains, oak and subtle baking spices, with a round and full-bodied finish.

The connections to our sister city are reflected in the label, designed by Alex Payne, with a bridge connecting the skylines of Osaka, Japan to Chicago. As Osaka is the “food capital” of Japan, this sake was brewed specifically to pair with the bold flavors that paint our own city’s culinary landscape.
