Kick off the evening with a welcome cocktail featuring Kawatsuru Olive, then enjoy a curated tasting of summer-forward sakes, including Taka Noble Arrow and Kanbara Bride of the Fox, poured by Dila Lee of Kome Collective and paired with Sushi-San favorites.
