Entrust Master Sushi Chef, Kaze Chan, and his team to guide you through the intricacies and delicacies of sashimi, nigiri and edomae sushi in the true spirit of omakase, which means “I leave it up to you”. Experience the ultimate display of approachable luxury, tasting rarities and some of the world’s best ingredients.

Omakase seatings are limited to four seats directly in front of the sushi masters and are available every Thursday – Saturday night.
