Guiding the experience is Jeffrey Karlovitch, Master Blender of Kaiyō Whisky and one of the most respected figures in the whisky world. A leading authority on Japanese Mizunara oak maturation and a Keeper of the Quaich, Jeffrey has dedicated his career to the craft of blending and cask aging, refining his palate over two decades to create some of the most sought-after whiskies on the market.
Your menu will trace the very journey Kaiyō Whisky takes as it travels around the world by sea from Japan, aging and evolving along the way. Each whisky selection will be expertly paired with a dish designed to reflect its travels—bridging the flavors of Japan, the UK, and beyond.
